THE STATE CROSS-COUNTRY MEET WAS HELD SATURDAY AT ST. OLAF COLLEGE IN NORTHFIELD.
IN THE CLASS A BOYS TEAM STANDINGS:  PERHAM WON THE TEAM TITLE.  ST. JAMES WAS 2ND.  LAC QUI PARLE VALLEY/DAWSON-BOYD WAS 4TH; MT LAKE AREA WAS 14TH
AMONG INDIVIDUAL RESULTS:  THE BOYS INDIVIDUAL CHAMPION WAS MATT STEIGER OF LA CRESCENT.  FOR LOCAL RUNNERS, KEISER FREETLY OF LAC QUI PARLE VALLEY/DAWSON-BOYD WAS 5TH; LUKAS PIERSON OF ST. JAMES WAS 16TH; BRADY HENNING OF ADRIAN 61ST; JUSTIN CLARKE OF MURRAY COUNTY CENTRAL/FULDA WAS 85TH; MITCHELL BUERKLE OF SPRINGFIELD/CEDAR MT WAS 115TH;
FOR MT LAKE AREA:  DALTON PIOTTER WAS 50TH; NATHAN RUNCK WAS 53RD; RYAN BLOMGREN 100TH; EMILIO GARCIA DE LA CRUZ 128TH; AND JOSIAH GARDINER 171ST.   
IN THE CLASS A GIRLS TEAM STANDINGS:  PERHAM WON THE TEAM TITLE.  FAIRMONT WAS IN 5TH PLACE; LUVERNE WAS 6TH; LAC QUI PARLE VALLEY/DAWSON-BOYD WAS 10TH
AMONG INDIVIDUAL RESULTS: TIERNEY WOLFGRAM OF THE MATH AND SCIENCE ACADEMY WAS THE GIRLS INDIVIDUAL CHAMP.  MORGAN GEHL OF MURRAY COUNTY CENTRAL/FULDA WAS 4TH; TENLEY NELSON OF LUVERNE WAS 5TH; MARISSA WHITEHEAD OF MARTIN COUNTY WEST WAS 7TH; MACKINZEE MIEST OF ST. JAMES WAS 56TH; CATHERINE BUFFIE OF REDWOOD VALLEY WAS 80TH; ANGEL MARTENS OF PIPESTONE WAS 108TH;
IN CLASS 2A, WAYZATA WON THE BOYS TITLE.  KHALID HUSSEIN OF WAYZATA WAS THE BOYS INDIVIDUAL WINNER.
ADAM KOLLER OF WORTHINGTON WAS 76TH; ZACHARY MATZNER OF MARSHALL WAS 89TH.  WAYZATA WON THE GIRLS TEAM TITLE.  MARSHALL FINISHED IN 7TH PLACE.  EMILY COVERT OF MINNEAPOLIS WASHBURN WAS THE INDIVIDUAL CHAMPION.  MORGAN RADEL WAS MARSHALL’S TOP RUNNER IN 25TH PLACE.
